For the Indiana AAU District Girls Basketball Program.

Q. Which forms and fees do I need to submit in order to have my team participate in a

Invitational Tournament?

A. To enter your team into the Invitational tourney, you must print and fill out the following

forms:

1. Need to go on line at aausports.org and purchase memberships before entering the tournament.

( A Club Membership, Coaches ( Non-Athlete ) Card Membership and Athlete’s Card Memberships are

needed. Make sure All Coaches and Athletes have the Club Code # when they purchase their

memberships. )

2. Invitational team Entry Form. ( Forms in #2 & #3 are found on District Website. )

3. Invitational Roster. ( Need to have AAU Membership Numbers listed on Roster for entry and on second

page all the signatures of the Coaches, Athletes and Parents. Plus, a copy of Out-of-State players Card

Membership.)

4. At all tourney’s a Coach must have copies of Birth Certificates and a Current School Year Report

Card for all the players on his team. If a player is questioned about their Grade or Age these

forms must be shown to the Site Director to make sure they are okay to keep on playing.

After you read and completed numbers 1-4 below, mail the required forms and tournament entry fees to the Indiana AAU District, 6745 Gray Road, Suite K, Indianapolis, IN 46237:

Numbers 1 & 2 must be purchased online at aausports.org

1. Club Membership – desired Club Level fee of:

$30.00 – Level 1

$60.00 – Level 2

$300.00 – Level 3

2. AAU Card Memberships – For each individual Coach (Non-Athlete) and Athlete listed on the roster.

Coach ( Non-Athlete ) Card Membership fee is $16.00 each.

Athlete Card Membership fee is $14.00 each.

Numbers 3 & 4 must be mailed to Indiana AAU District Office.

3. Invitational Team Entry Form

$250.00 Entry fee per Invitational Tourney.

4. Invitational Roster (Must turn in a Completed Roster for Tournament Entry, which needs All AAU

Card Membership numbers listed on roster and have ALL required Signatures on page 2 of the

roster form. Plus, a copy of Out-of-State players Card Membership.)

District Qualifier Tournament?

A. To enter your team into the District Qualifier Tournament, you must fill in the online form on the National AAU web site:

1. Need to go on line at aausports.org and purchase memberships before entering the tournament.

( A Club Membership, Coaches ( Non-Athlete ) Card Membership and Athlete’s Card Memberships are

needed. Make sure All Coaches and Athletes have the Club Code # when they purchase their

memberships online.)

2. District Qualifier Team Entry Form.

3. District Qualifier Roster. ( Need to have AAU Membership Numbers, go online to the National AAU web site to enter your team Roster for entry.)

4. At all tourney’s a Coach may be required to present Birth Certificates and a Current School Year Report

Card for players on the team. If a player is challenged about their Grade or Age, these forms

must be shown to the Site Director to prove eligibility.
